Our Doctors

​​​​​Dr. Mike received his Bachelor and Doctor of Optometry Degrees from The Ohio State University in 1994. He joined Dr. Quelette as a student doctor in 1992, then as an optometrist in 1994.

Dr. Mike is an active member of the Dublin Lions Club. He and his wife, Ann, have three daughters, Rachel, Emma, and Grace, and attend Zion Lutheran Church in German Village.  He enjoys spending time with family, golf and cheering on the CBJ and Buckeyes!

​​​​​Dr. Amanda Delmore was born and raised in Morton, Illinois. She graduated magna cum laude from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a bachelor of science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Ohio State University College of Optometry.

Dr. Amanda and her husband, Dr. Bryan, have three sons, Brady, Carson, and Graham, and attend Rock City Church in Hilliard. She enjoys spending time with family, being a soccer and hockey mom, volunteering, exercising and visiting her twin sister in South Carolina.

​​​​​Dr. Bryan is originally from Hudson, Ohio. He received his bachelor’s degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry.

Dr. Bryan and his wife, Dr. Amanda, have three sons, Brady, Carson, and Graham, and attend Rock City Church in Hilliard. He enjoys family date nights, cycling, watching his boys play soccer and hockey and cheering on the Crew, CBJ and Buckeyes!

​​​​​Dr. Lucy is from Stow, Ohio and received her Bachelor of Science from Georgetown College (KY) and her Doctor of Optometry from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. She completed a residency in primary care and ocular disease at the VA Medical Center in Hampton, VA.

Dr. Pickering lives in Dublin with her husband, Eric, and son, Blaise, and they attend Saint Brendan Catholic Church in Hilliard. She enjoys running, tennis, hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

​​​​​Dr. Caitlin is originally from Sunbury, Ohio and has been a patient at Shamrock Eye Care since she was a child. She received her bachelor’s degree from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA.

Dr. Caitlin is thrilled to be back in Columbus and working at Shamrock, the practice that inspired her optometry career! She and her husband, Bruce, currently live in Delaware and attend Columbus Eastwood SDA Church. Dr. Caitlin enjoys traveling, the outdoors and making homemade candles and soaps.

​​​​​Dr. Lisa is originally from Chicago, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry.

Dr. Lisa lives in Dublin with her husband, Michael, and their three daughters, Audrey, Paige and Lauren. They attend St. Brigid of Kildare Church. She enjoys reading, gardening, attending sporting events and spending time with family.

​​​​​Dr. Meghan is originally from New Castle, Pennsylvania. She received her bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2019. She then completed a post-doctoral residency program in Ocular Disease at the Baltimore VA Medical Center.

Dr. Meghan and her husband, Dom, have enjoyed growing roots in Columbus. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, playing volleyball, and spending time with friends and family.
